Orders are processed and dispatched within three to five business days after payment confirmation.
This period allows for order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, minor delays may occur with email updates provided.
- Orders placed outside business hours are handled on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on destination, carrier routing, service level, and local operations.
The following estimates are provided as general guidance.
- Domestic delivery where available: Approximately five to seven business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Approximately fourteen to twenty one business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery timelines may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.
All applicable charges are shown before order confirmation.

- Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Shipment Tracking

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices paid to Zenther.
- All import duties, taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Parcels refused due to unpaid fees may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.
- Customs related delays are outside our control and may extend delivery times.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery handling is managed by the courier network.
While carrier operations are beyond our control, Zenther will assist in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
- If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check nearby locations or contact the local courier.
- Missing shipments may require a carrier investigation or claim process.
- For damaged items, retain all packaging and contact us promptly with photos.
7. Correct Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Zenther is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect address details.
- Contact us immediately if an address correction is required before dispatch.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.
8. Returned to Sender Packages
Parcels returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or address issues are handled according to the guidelines below.
- Reshipment: Available after payment of additional shipping fees.
- Refund: Issued after deduction of original shipping and handling costs.
